Under the co-location arrangement at the new control point, coach passengers will only have to get on and off once instead of twice in going through clearance procedures of the two sides, thereby shortening the clearance time by about five to 10 minutes for each traveller. Passengers shall arrive at the premium pre-check-in counter 150mins before the departure time. Passenger can select their seating preference and obtain their boarding pass by using our pre-check-in service here. For limousine service, while passengers can enjoy a hassle-free custom and immigration clearance in our limousine without getting off. For coach passenger will have to get off the coach ONE time only for custom and immigration too. After that, our limousine / coach will send you directly to the Hong Kong International and heading to the gate for boarding.
