Comprehensive cross border coach services also provide easy land access to/from the mainland and AsiaWorld-Expo. Eternal East Cross-Border Coach Management Ltd in partnership with AsiaWorld-Expo, offers daily cross border bus services between the AsiaWorld-Expo and the South China cities of Guangdong Province, which included Shenzhen Bay Port, Shenzhen Airport and Shenzhen City. Our company has onsite counters located at the West Wing of The AsiaWorld-Expo.
1. Customer Service & Ticketing Kiosk · We operate our service kiosk at “West Wing of AsiaWorld-Expo for meet & greet service and over 20 staffs is ready to serve to all the passengers.
· Greeting teams at the “Huanggang Port” comprised over 50 staff are ready to serve to all the passengers in order to take care of all arrival / departure cross-border bookings.
· Huanggang Port Ticketing Kiosk, Shop No.25 Huanggang Custom Building. Passenger should purchase ticket BEFORE clear the China custom. A greeting of over 50 staffs is ready to serve to all the passengers.
· The in-venue AsiaWorld-Expo cross-border coach station will provide convenient point-to-point easy land access to and from Huanggang Port, Shenzhen Airport and major hotels in Shenzhen City.
· The coach ride between the Shenzhen Bay Port and AsiaWorld-Expo will only takes one hour with totally weatherproofed.
· Departure every 30 minutes intervals from 10:05 to 23:05 hour, additional departures when scheduled departures are full.
· From 30Minutes before event closing to one hour after event closing, coaches will depart when full or maximum headway of 30 minutes will be maintained.
2. Contingency Plan Our Coach Control Centre will monitor traffic conditions and advise in advance to our drivers of any trouble spots to avoid. In the event that one of the vehicles is caught in a traffic jam, for whatever reason, we will then dispatch the back up vehicle approaching 30mins time to continue with the rest of the journey.
