Note to Passenger Cross-border Coach Service by Eternal East Cross-Border Coach Management Ltd.   1.Passengers are required to present the boarding pass to the staff of the company while Boarding. All seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.   2.Under no circumstance shall EE Bus be responsible for any delay in the event the usual/normal route is blocked by serve traffic congestion / immigration and custom clearance or other incidents. Passengers should select itinerary by reserving adequate time buffer for boarding. Passengers should check in no later than one and a half hour prior to flight departure time.   3.Traveling time approximately takes 45 minutes from Huanggang Port to the Hong Kong International Airport and approximately takes 60 minutes traveling time from Sha Tau Kok Port to The Hong Kong International Airport. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the traffic of immigration and custom clearance.   4.In the event of passengers overloading at Huanggang Port, the company will adopt alternate route via either Sha Tau Kok Port or Man Kam Road Port.   5.A passenger shall realize that EE Bus does not compulsorily provide a one-stop and one-vehicle service. With a view to retrench transportation period, to elevate operation efficiency and supply rapid and convenient service, EE Bus has the absolute deliberation, in accordance with schedules, passenger’s loading, transportation capacity and dispatch conditions to arrange boarding points or stops or change vehicles or transit vehicles (such as transit at Huanggang port, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok and so forth) for any run. Thus, Hong Kong vehicles (responsible for the Hong Kong route) and mainland vehicles (responsible for the Mainland route) will be combined for transportation under some circumstances. The Company has the absolute discretion to request a passenger to transfer to another vehicle (including mainland vehicles) to go to the final destination.   6.Due to safety / immigration and custom regulations, a passenger shall get on or off a vehicle at the designated location in accordance with the original instruction given by EE Bus and / or the indication given by the representative on duty made in view of the appropriate circumstances at the significant time.   7.Passengers are required to keep their valuable belongings carefully, instead of leaving them at the coach luggage’s cabin. All passengers are required to carry their baggage and proceed through immigration and customs clearance.   8.A passenger holding a ticket is entitled to 2 free baggages allowance of total weigh of 20kg / (80 cm x 50 cm x 20 cm per piece). Extra weight and size will be charged at HK$100.00 per piece. E&E has the definite determination to abolish carry of any extraordinarily weighty, extraordinarily long or extraordinarily large baggage (whose length, width and height adds up to more than 150cm) or any other goods that is regarded unsuitable to be placed in the vehicle by the Company in its definite determination.   9.All payment shall be settled at our customer service kiosk for the entire journey. NO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL / SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGE is obligated en-routed, especially at the Transfer Point (such as transit at Huanggang Port, Man Kam To Port, Sha Tau Kok Port and so forth). To avoid any illegal touting, for connected en-route service, please proceed to our customer service kiosk located at Shop 25 Huanggang Custom Building, Huanggang Port for car arrangement or contact us at 86-755-8395-1049 / 86-755-8337-7339.   10.Liability of the company for any loss or default of luggage made by our company is limited to the insurance coverage of a maximum claim of HK$500.   11.Liability of the company for Third Party is limited to the insurance coverage of a maximum claim of RMB$100, 000.   12.A passenger shall bring along a valid exit / entry permit to pass through the customs checkpoints. A passenger shall bear the responsibilities if he / she is detained or fails to pass through the checkpoints due to his / her permit or visa not conforming to the rules and regulations of Hong Kong and / or the Mainland.
